Minnesota Warns Consumers Not to Eat Products Due to Listeria Contamination

The Minsisnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) has advised consumers to avoid eating certain foods produced and now recalled by Parkers Farm, Inc., of Coon Rapids, Minnesota, due to concerns that some of the products may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes bacteria.  
Parkers Farm reports that the following items have been recalled:

Big Boy Food Group Recalls Lunch Kits for Possible Listeria Contamination

WASHINGTON, September 1, 2009 - Big Boy Food Group, a Warren, Mich., establishment, has recalled approximately 39,514 pounds of ready-to-eat meal kits that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.
The following products are subject to recall:
