Salmonella Egg Recall UPDATE – States start to Report Illness Counts
Recent reports collected from various state agencies show preliminary counts of Salmonella Enteritidis illnesses in each state. they are as follows:
- Arizona egg recall – 50
- Arkansas egg recall – None
- California egg recall – at least 300
- Colorado egg recall – 21
- Minnesota egg recall – 14
- Missouri egg recall – None
- Nebraska egg recall - None
- Nevada egg recall – 26
- Oklahoma egg recall – None
- Texas egg recall – 165
- Washington egg recall - None
