The E. coli lawyers at Simon & Luke have collected another record E. coli settlement on behalf of the victim of a nationwide outbreak.  The latest settlement was achieved on behalf of a Vermont resident who was hospitalized for a severe E. coli infection.

“Both our firm and the client are very pleased with the outcome of this case.  The settlement will allow the victim to pay all of her medical bills, both now and in the future, and allowed a substantial recovery for her lost wages and the pain and suffering she has endured.”  stated Ron Simon, the lead lawyer on the case.  The settlement amount is confidential pursuant to an agreement with the food manufacturer, but is believed to be the largest amount ever paid by this manufacturer for an illness of this type.
