The salmonella lawyers at Simon & Luke have collected another record salmonella settlement on behalf of a victim of a nationwide outbreak. The latest settlement was achieved on behalf of a Colorado resident who was hospitalized for a severe salmonella infection.
“We are very pleased with the outcome of this case. The settlement will allow our client will be well taken care of for the rest of his life.” stated Ron Simon, the lead lawyer on the case. The settlement amount is confidential pursuant to an agreement with the food manufacturer.
