Ippolito International, LP of Salinas, California has recalled 1,715 cartons of bunched spinach, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.  The recall comes after routine random testing of bunched spinach in Michigan by the USDA Microbial Data Program, collected and analyzed by the Michigan Department of Agriculture, tested positive.
