Nestle USA of Glendale, California, has issued a nationwide recall of Toll House refrigerated cookie dough products after FDA and CDC officials linked consumption of the cookie dough to 66 E. coli illnesses in 28 states since March 1. New Hampshire health department officials have provided Simon & Luke with new information on a Salmonella Enteriditis outbreak at the Stone Environmental Camp in Madison, New Hampshire which sickened campers in April 2009. The camp was temporarily closed as a result.
